Every love story leaves evidence.

The following records document what was said, what was lost, and what remained after the damage was done.

God Save Him

A hymn for the person who mastered looking innocent.

THE EVIDENCE

"You're the nicest knife in the room."

ACCOUNT OF EVENTS

Some people know exactly how to make themselves look innocent. They know what to say, how to act, and how to make everyone believe they could never be the one causing the damage.

God Save Him explores the contradiction between the person the world sees and the person you experience behind closed doors.

It is the beginning of the story. Not the end.

White Flags

The aftermath of a conflict that never truly ended.

THE EVIDENCE

"The white flags are turning red."

ACCOUNT OF EVENTS

Where God Save Him documents the damage, White Flags examines what happens afterwards.

There comes a moment when you stop fighting. You lay down your weapons, raise a white flag, and hope that surrender might finally bring peace.

But what happens when you surrender and the other person refuses to stop?

The white flags begin turning red.

CLOCKTOWER RECORDS CROSS-REFERENCE REPORT

01. The Concealed Weapon

FILE 001 — GOD SAVE HIM

“Hid the blade and cocked your gun”

FILE 002 — WHITE FLAGS

“From the gun you kept hidden under your arm”

EXAMINER'S NOTES The concealed weapon introduced in God Save Him resurfaces in White Flags.

In the first record, the subject recognises the danger. In the second, the danger remains, but the subject is now asking for the weapon to be put down.

The weapon hasn't disappeared. The response to it has changed.

02. The Unhealed Wound

FILE 001 — GOD SAVE HIM

“Cut me open”

FILE 002 — WHITE FLAGS

“I'm still bleeding under everything”

EXAMINER'S NOTES What begins as an act of harm in the first record becomes an invisible wound in the second.

The damage can no longer necessarily be seen, but it continues to affect the subject.

The wound remains long after the initial injury.

03. The Warning Signs

FILE 001 — GOD SAVE HIM

“I mistook the warning bells for a choir in your lungs”

FILE 002 — WHITE FLAGS

“I know it's happened before I feel it when it starts”

EXAMINER'S NOTES In God Save Him, the subject misunderstands the warning signs, mistaking danger for something almost sacred.

In White Flags, that innocence has disappeared.

The subject has learned to recognise the warning signs before the conflict begins.

God Save Him

A hymn for the person who mastered looking innocent.

RECOVERED LYRIC

“You're the nicest knife in the room.”

FILE SUMMARY The subject describes a person whose outward appearance of innocence conceals the damage done behind closed doors. The gap between public perception and private experience forms the central contradiction of this record.

This is where the investigation begins.

White Flags

The aftermath of a conflict that never truly ended.

RECOVERED LYRIC

“The white flags are turning red.”

FILE SUMMARY Following the damage documented in God Save Him, the subject attempts to end the conflict by surrendering. The white flag is raised in the hope of peace, but the other party does not necessarily stop fighting.

What began as a symbol of reconciliation becomes a warning.

Joint Findings

Two records. Three documented connections. A pattern that does not end with the first account.

CONNECTION 01

The Concealed Weapon

CONNECTION 02

The Unhealed Wound

CONNECTION 03

The Warning Signs

EXAMINER'S CONCLUSION Across the two records, the imagery shifts from recognising harm to attempting reconciliation. The weapon remains, the wound persists, and the warning signs become easier to recognise.

The available evidence suggests that surrender did not guarantee peace.

Further records remain pending.
